(1) The Color Coating Line road is designed for high-performance special coil coating and process route. Color Coating Line Equipment can automatically and continuously complete processes such as uncoiling, degreasing cleaning, chemical treatment, roller coating, curing, cooling and coiling, which truly reflects the automation and high speed of Steel Color Coating Line Process. The applied paint film adhesion, hardness and anti-aging performance and other indicators can meet the ideal technical performance of the paint and the actual use requirements of users.

(2) Color Coating Line adopts advanced infrared or hot air circulating continuous drying equipment. The temperature of each section in the drying furnace can be automatically adjusted, which has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. The Aluminium Color Coating Line ensures the process temperature when the steel strip passes through, and achieves the purpose of good appearance quality and fast curing speed of the coating film.
