(1) The Color Coating Line vessel is designed with high-performance special coil coating and process route. Color Coating Line Equipment can automatically and continuously complete processes such as uncoiling, degreasing cleaning, chemical treatment, roll coating, curing, cooling and coiling, which truly reflects the automation and high-speed of color coating. The paint film adhesion, hardness and anti-aging properties of Steel Color Coating Line Process can all meet the ideal technical performance of coatings and the actual use requirements of users.
(2) The Color Coating Line adopts advanced infrared or hot air circulating continuous drying equipment, and the temperature of each section in the drying furnace can be automatically adjusted. The Aluminium Color Coating Line has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. In order to ensure the process temperature when the steel strip passes, the purpose of good appearance quality and fast curing speed of the coating film is achieved.
